8月29日，The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) voted to formally open a Section 337 investigation into certain beverage dispensing systems and components thereof。

On August 2, 2018, Heineken International B.V.And Heineken Supply Chain B.V.Filed an application with the ITC, alleging that some beverage vending systems and similar components imported into the United States and sold in the domestic market infringed its patent rights, applied to initiate a 337 investigation, and issued a limited exclusion order and an injunction。

The ITC ultimately identified the following companies as the designated respondent in this case: AB InBev of Belgium;InBev Belgium N.V.;Anheuser-Busch, LLC。
