China has released a list of about $50 billion of proposed tariffs on the United States
美国On April 3, 2018, based on the unilateral findings of the Section 301 investigation, the US government announced that it would impose 25% tariffs on imported goods originating in China, involving about $50 billion of Chinese exports to the US。This measure by the US clearly violates the relevant rules of the World Trade Organization, seriously infringes on China's legitimate rights and interests under the rules of the World Trade Organization, and threatens China's economic interests and security。
In case of emergencies caused by the US violating its international obligations, in order to safeguard China's legitimate rights and interests, the Chinese government, in accordance with the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations as well as the basic principles of international law, will punish soybeans originating in the USAgricultural products、汽车Imports of chemical products, aircraft and other imported goods will be subject to reciprocal tariff measures at a rate of 25%, involving China's imports from the United States in 2017 of about 50 billion US dollars。(See annex for details)
